Today marks the explosive beginning of the 28 page/28 week Femme Noir mystery thriller, “Dead Man’s Hand.” This story brought inker Mark Stegbauer  and colorist Matt Webb into Noir fold, and I think you’ll find that they brought a lot to the party.
